Overview
A digital legislative management system for the Parliament of Ghana, enabling bill tracking, Hansard digitisation, committee management, and public petitions — the first of its kind in West Africa.
The Challenge
All parliamentary records were maintained in physical archives. Bills, motions and Hansard transcripts were inaccessible to the public and difficult to search even internally.
Our Solution
Built a secure legislative portal with bill lifecycle management, AI-powered Hansard transcription from audio, full-text search, public access portal and an MP activity dashboard.
