Representation must be authentic. Too many times, the voices of those who work hardest for the party are not represented in leadership conversations. The NDC must evolve into a structure that allows grassroots leaders to rise and be heard at national decision-making tables.

I will advocate for the establishment of a Grassroots Advisory Council at the national level — a permanent platform where constituency and branch representatives can provide direct feedback to the NEC as a policy platform for grassroots. This council will become the official link between the base and the leadership.

When grassroots voices inform leadership decisions, we achieve inclusivity, transparency, and trust — the three pillars of genuine democracy within our great party.
