Empowerment must move beyond slogans — it must become a structured system within the party. Many dedicated members at the grassroots level work tirelessly with limited resources, often sacrificing their livelihoods for the party. It’s time the party builds a comprehensive empowerment framework that rewards commitment, supports livelihood, and strengthens grassroots operations.

My priorities includes championing a national grassroots empowerment initiatives to support active branch members, communicators, and constituency. This will help sustain their efforts and keep morale high across all constituencies.

Empowering the base means recognizing the people who carry the flag every day — not only during elections. When the base is strong, the entire party stands firm and unshakable.
